The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business customers from a wide range of industries achieve their business goals through the implementation of technology. We are looking for someone with experience and knowledge of a wide range of ICT solutions, products and technologies. Key accountabilities:
- Maximising qualified leads from our Account Managers and Business Sales teams.
- Account managing and developing existing Telstra business customers.
- Utilising Telstra’s full “tool kit” of business products and services.
- Identifying and creating ICT and collaboration solutions opportunities with our business customers.
- Building long term business relationships with key stakeholders and partners to develop new opportunities.
- Achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in B2B Technology and Solutions relationship management role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Telco and ICT products and solutions.
- Previous knowledge of Telstra products and services is highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Proven track record in B2B account management, business development or relationship management role.
- Self-motivated and a team player.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing exceptional digital experiences and play

The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting business customers from a wide range of industries to achieve their business goals through the implementation of technology.
Key accountabilities:
- Present the overall architectural and technical solution to meet defined business outcomes and requirements, with emphasis on ensuring the architecture can be extended to the future needs of the customer.
- Undertake tasks requiring technical understanding, diagnosis, qualification of solution fit, and definition of support needs for proposed solutions. Adopting best practice architecture during solution development.
- Provide detailed technical assistance with and/or review complex detailed architectures and designs to ensure completeness and alignment with the Solution Architecture principles.
- Ensure seamless implementation of a solution to client specifications through proper governance and architecture reviews.
- Develop or lead the development of technology roadmaps for specific and integrated service offerings, researching, evaluating and recommending new and/or alternative technologies which will enhance current systems.
- Innovation and thought leadership – development of client facing consulting materials to communicate the Telstra point of view and perspective on key topics and contribute to the development of reusable IP to maximise the value that Telstra can provide to clients.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Must have graduate or post graduate qualifications (or equivalent industry professional experience) in relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or Computer Science with substantial experience in information technology and telecommunications networks and applications
- Must have proven extensive experience in delivering business and technology consultancy services to large and medium sized enterprise organisations
- Must have proven solid deep subject matter expertise delivered to clients in two or more technology domains (Aruba Wireless Network, Fixed Networks, Converged Infrastructure, Data Centre, Cloud, Enterprise Mobility, Security, Unified Communication, Contact Centre, Integrated Service Management and selected Industry Solutions).
- Experience with industry/enterprise consulting and delivery methods such as TOGAF, Prince2, ITIL, Telstra TRIM, etc.
- Previous experience in Domain Architecture Practise and ICT Consultancy.
- Desired qualifications including: TOGAF, ITIL, Microsoft Certification, Aruba Certification, Juniper Certification, Riverbed Certification, Cisco Certification, Data Centre Certification – Cisco ACI, Cloudstack, VMWare DCV, F5 Certification, Security Certification.
